Global Data Centre Sdn Bhd is the holding company for all our data centre projects, owning 100% of each subsidiary (e.g., Sub Co 1, Sub Co 2). Each project is uniquely structured with different funders, offtakers, and contractors, which ensuring diversification in revenue, supply chain, and infrastructure risk. This approach also allows funding flexibility and ringfences liabilities within individual subsidiaries.
